Rain Mikamura
Neo-Japan

   Barney, Sally, Casey and Janet
   Neo-America

Chibodee Crocket's four lovely assistants. Once a group of street punks who wanted to see the colony. They board a fleet on its way to the Neo-American colony as stowaways but was caught by the crew. About to be sent to prison, Chibode Crocket intervened seeing the same light in their eyes much like his own. Now, they prance around in uniform dedicated and devoted to Chibodee for giving them their break in life. They'll do anything for him from spying, stealing fighting data, even singing to inspire him to fight. The only problem lies in which is which. Having never been given much time to shine, it does present a problem. So far, as to physical attributes, Sally is the tall brown/marron haired leader of the pack, serious and dutiful, always the one with the too much concern for Chibodee. Barney is the glass-eyed, all around action woman seeing she does all the spying. She is also the one afraid of snakes. Casey is the dark-skinned, black-haired lassie, the only one of the four who actually enjoys Chibodee's penchant for daredevil rides. Lastly, Janet is the lovely blonde who seemed to be the second in command next to Sally. Other than that, I guess that's about all I can say for Janet. Pity, she's quite gorgeous, ya know.

   Nastasha
   Neo-Russia

Russia's sexy, intense, and tough green haired military commander. In charge with keeping Argo in a leash, she's no regular simpering flower. Her military prowess proves very useful especially in their fight with the Devil Gundam. The glasses seemed too nerdy but it makes her eyes look beautiful. Aside from commanding a league of men not to mention Argo himself, Natasha also seem to have a fondness for swimming stark naked in the moonlight, and will shed that ghastly uniform to put on something special once in awhile. Actually, she looks more dressed to kill. As to whose she's after . . .

   Princess Maria Louise
   Neo-France

France romping and willful princess. She's blonde, short and not quite the modest and sweet type which comes part and parcel with being female royalty nowadays. She has a major crush on George de Sand, Neo-France's Gundam Fighter, and always tries to get him alone with her to no avail because George would rather fight, fight and fight. Oh yeah, he also likes to pose around. Back to the princess, she resents George's inattention and would do anything to get noticed like arranging her own kidnapping and expecting George to do the rescuing and fight for her sake. To be fair, she is also willing to help out, putting her own safety aside.

   Raymound
   Neo-France

Loyal butler of the de Sand family. He was also George de Sand's first fencing trainer and even goes to the extent of piloting a manual mobile suit to practice with his young master. He also watches his charge closely, making sure he does everything in the proper, refined way. He doesn't help the Princess much to her cause but it seems he approves the match but is discrete enough not to show it.

   2 Shaolin Monks
   Neo-China

The two monks in charge of taking care of their deceased head's son and Neo-China's Gundam Fighter. They treat Sai mostly like a child maybe because in many obvious ways he still is. This of course, drives Sai like mad. In the final match between Sai and Domon, they realize although he acts like a child, in heart he is very much a mature and responisble fighter.

   Dr. Kasshu (and wife)
   Neo-Japan

The family that's been the center of all the goings in the series, not to mention the primary sacrificial lamb. Dr. Kasshu, brilliant and well-intentioned scientist and creator of the Gundam Devil. Charge with conniving with his son, Kyouji, as traitors, he was sentenced to be frozen in ice. The charges will only be dropped if his second son, Domon wins the gundam fight and brings to heel the devil. And of course, his wife who got into the crossfire between the military to save Kyouji. Darn, this family lost a lot, I can't help but feel sorry for the jerk who went home expecting a 10 year welcome but was greeted only with their home in tatters, his mother well and truly buried, his father iced, and his brother a fugitive and the one blamed for the family's misfortune. I can't help but wonder if Imagawa has a penchant for family squabbles and soap opera-tic storylines that makes you wanna weep however hard hearted you are. But whose complaining. A good cry for a really good story is always therapeutic.

Kyouji Kasshu
Neo-Japan

   Urube Ishikawa
   Neo-Japan

Neo-Japan's military officer where all orders comes from. It was also said that it was he who begged the jury that the punishment for domon's father be reduced to only being frozen in ice. He seemed an odd character . . . quiet. brooding and sporting that metal plate on his face, as if there's more to him than meets the eye. The only reference made to him was that he is in charge of the search and capture of the devil but failed which is why Domon's been given the duty. He is also the one doing the investigating as to the probable sights to look for the devil. What else? Well, he seemed at odds with Prime Minister Karato seeing the latter always mocks him for letting the devil escape. In the second part of the series, when we thought we can see some more clues as to his character seeing he is staying with Mikamura to see the final rounds in HongKong, He suddenly departed the scene to go back and "prepare" stuff for the colony. Darn, its so hard to keep spoilers off.

   Dr. Mikamura
   Neo-Japan

Rain's dad and creator of both Shining and god Gundam. The Mikamura's and Kasshu's seemed a tightly knitted family which makes Rain the qualified person to tolerate Domon. Back to the doctor, while his daughter does the maintenace for whatever gundam Domon is using, he is left with the repairs and maintenance of the other gundam, Rising, revamp mode of Shinning. The only thing I can say about him is that he loves his daughter very much, he would even loose his temper enough to defend his daughter against the jerk he stuck her with. He also thinks the world of Rain and values her good opinion on him very much. When Rain left, he reveals a fleeting misgiving to the Kasshu family to Domon's surprise. Its fleeting but its there, which makes you wonder. . .

   Prime Minister Wong
   Neo-Hongkong

Prime Minister of HongKong put in power by Asia's winning the the previous gundam fight. Currently obsessed with the Devil Gundam, seeing it a way to maintain power on earth, He and Master Asia look at the Gundam Fight as a wayt o find a replacement for Kyouji's shriveled and depleted body. All powerful that he is, he brought in new rules to grace the tournament; stating limitations on maintenance and giving the fighters freedom to use whatever means they wish to defeat an opponent in and outside the ring. At first, he seemed only amused at how proud Asia is of his pupil, Domon. But after an intruder sneaked in and got a look at the recuperating Devil Gundam, suspecting it as none other than Domon, He takes it upon himself to make Domon's life miserable by piting him against the best which of course doesn't necessary have to be fair always. Another thing, he seemed to have invested a lot in the devil with his very own scientists doing research work on it. He also seemed adamant about not wanting Domon to be the replacement when we all know, if its power that's needed, Domon fits the bill quite nicely as Asia thought so. In the end, he reveals another one more qualified for the job. As to the why or who, well . . .

   Prime Minister Karato
   Neo-Japan

Prime Minister of Neo-Japan, he looks the perfect bad guy, corrupt and power hungry. But isn't it too soon to categorize characters? It was his idea to do some simulation test on domon in episode 6 to shake some sense into the sucker and get him to concentrate on the mission and not enjoy fighting too much. Of course this made Domon furious as hell. when the setting goes to HongKong, he seemed a comical enough guy, ranting at Domon for hanging around with the enemy and just being plainly annoyed at their representative, often wondering how he ever become chosen as the colony's gundam fighter when he obviously does not follow orders as he should.

   Stalker

It's really not difficult to see who Stalker is. Heck, he's the "narrator" you see before every episode who muses on what will happen in the episode and announces the matches you'll see in the episode. This guy's outfit is faithful to the concept of matches in the series with his "referee-like" clothes. Notice the eyepatch he uses to look serious and then takes them off when saying, "Gundam Fight Ready Go!".
