The first scene is at the Space Colony Neo-Mexico. We hear guitar music playing and 2 kids, brother and sister, are looking out the glass window panel at Mexico in the earth. An old man behind them, their grandfather, tells them that what they see is the sea of Mexico and that there aren't any fish there anymore. The young boy asks why, is it already polluted and dead. The old man says no, life could still come from it. The young boy tells his little sister that he would take her there to see the sea someday. The little girls asks her brother to promise her that he would do this. The boys says yes.

        Now, we see a beach then a market. At the market we see Domon walking around with somone following him. It's Barney, one of Chibodee's entourage,the one with the glasses wearing a yellow day gown and a red hat. She talks to a communicator that she has found Domon. Someone at the other end of the communicator tells her to be careful. Domon approaches and old vendor asked him if he saw the guy in the photo again. The old man says no and that the people in mexico are very suspicious of strangers. Domon ignores him and leaves. Another vendor wearing a hat covering half his face and who was sitting close to the old man heard what Domon asked the old man and followed Domon. He shoots a dart at Domon who turns to face him while putting up a hand to block the dart. The dart hits him in the hand and he drops to the ground. Barney trying to locate Domon lost him and reports back to the communicator. At the other end, we see a boat with Chibodee and the rest of the gang sunbathing in it. Three guys in suits are telling something to Chibodee. The three guys are officials of Neo-Mexico.Chibodee looks outraged and says how could he do that, deserting his own nation. It seems that Neo-Mexico's gundam fighter had desert, Chico had deserted them and took their gundam with him. Then the communicator beeps. Sally answers it and tells Chibodee that they lost Domon. Chibodee asked what Domon is doing there and seems to relish fighting him again.

         Meanwhile at a cliff, the guy who darted Domon is getting ready to kick Domon off the cliff when a girl stops him. The girl then drops down to the ground in a bout of coughing. The guy is Chico, Neo-Mexico's gundam fighter. Then Domon wakes up and says that he is Domon Kasshu the gundam fighter of Neo-Japan. Chico seems surprised that the sleeping dart he used on Domon hasn't work yet. Domon gets ready to fight Chico when he drops again, the sleeping dart finally hitting on. Chico then took out a knife when Gina, the girl stops him.

        Then the next scen we see is a repetition of last episode. We see Kyouji taking the Devil Gundam. Domon shouts at him to stop. he is cradling their mother who was shot. The scene changes. Domon is at the graveyard kneeling in front of his mother's grave. Dr. Mikamura is behind him. Then we hear Urube ordering Domon to find Kyouji. Then Domon wakes up, it was all a dream. He puts a blanket on Gina who was sleeping on a chair. Domon then calls up Rain who was in the core lander. He says that he has found Chico and he didn't seem to be what they say about him. He seems okay. Rain tells him to leave them alone since they are unconnected to the Devil Gundam. But domon angrily insist that it's too late he's already involved in it.

        After awhile, domon and Gina are at the porch talking. Gina tells Domon that Chico is only doing this because of her. Then Chico arrives and challenges Domon. they are about to fight when gina coughs and faints. Chico rushes to her and domon says that she needs a doctor. Chico said that it's domon's fault, if he weren't there....Chico carries gina to the truck. domon calls up Rain and tells her to meet him somewhere. Domon also gets in the truck saying he wants to help since it's fault. In the city, the police are everywhere searching for Chico. Domon and Chico whose carrying Gina are in an alley. Then the old vendor before appears and takes them to his home. With Gina lying in the bed and Chico hovering over her, the old man said that it's impossible to send for a doctor with the police around. Domon replies that he's taken care of everything. Then thre was a knock. They see that it's Rain. Domon said that the doctors here. Rain throws the three of them out saying that the patient is a girl and that they shouldn't peel...especially Domon ^_- Outside the room, Chico and Domon waits. Domon looks outside the window and sees Maxter and looks back to see Chico gone.

        In the street, Chibodee is speaking to the mexicans asking where their gundam fighter is. He is daring him to fight him or is he a chicken. The two mexican officaials who were talking to Chibodee earlier said to themselves that Chibodee is so boastful. One guy in the crowd comes forward preparing to shoot a dart at Chibodee. It's Chico. But Domon stops him. Chico brings out a knife. The reflection of the light from the knife reaches Barney's glasses and made her look at them. She points out the fighting men to Chibodee whose a bit surprised and glad to see Domon. The mexicans recognized and Chico and orders the soldirs to fire at Domon and Chico. People ran and scatter. Chibodee asked the officials why they were doing this. He thought they wanted Chico back as their gundam fighter. The official tells him he's not a citizen and to mind his own business.

        The old man catches up on domon and Chico and telss them that Gina is gone. Rain who is in the room where Gina was supposed to be lying in, looks baffled. Then Chico bursts in the room and grabs Rain by the arm and asked her where Gina is . Domon stops him. Rain says that Gina has the colony virus and that there are no known cure for it yet. Chico admits that Gina has only one year to live. He says all he wanted to do was fullfil their dreams that's why he became a gundam fighter. To have the chance to see the sea. Domon says he has to face his destiny sooner or later. The old man asks them where Gina could have gone to. Chico says he know wehre. Chico, Rain and Domon leaves with the truck but a mexican policeman saw them and reports where they're headed. Gina, on the other hand, is walking by the road looking for her brother then she faints at the side of the road. On the truck, Rain asks Chico if Gina knows that she has only one year to live. Chico says yes she does. Then they see Gina by the roadside and pulls over. Then the police came and sorrounds them. The official tells chico to hand over the Tequilla Gundam. Gina tells chico to run. Domon asks Chico if he's going to run away from his fate again and leave the gundam. Chico tells him that he's not leaving. then he rans to the edge of the cliff and jumps to the sea. Rain asks domon where Chico is going. Domon replies that Chico is returning the gundam. Domon then tells Rain to launch Shining Gundam but Rain refuses and said to think of Gina. Domon said he doesn't care and he also jumps over the cliff and the core lander appears and he lands on it. He called for the Shining Gundam and suit up. The Tequila Gundam rises from the sea and faces off with Shining Gundam. Gina watching the fight that's about to start said to herself that she thought Chico said that he wasn't going to pilot it anymore. Domon tells Chico have he decided what to and to think things first. Chico said that he can't do anything else but fight. Before they start, several Mobile Suit Pescatore appear and fire at Tequila. It's the Mobile Suits of Neo-Mexico wanting to retrieve Tequila Gundam. Then Maxter Gundam appears on its flying skateboard and shoots down the MS. Chibodee then challenges Domon to a gundam Fight. Domon tells him that one of the gundam fight clause convention is that fights are supposed to be one by one. Chibodee surprised says he didn't know that.

         Shining Gundam and Tequila Gundam charges at each other. Shining slashes and cuts off both Tequila's arms. Domon said to Chico that it's not too late to fullfil his dreams. Gina screams at them to stop. but Chico says the fight is not yet over. Domon said fine and used the Shining finger and grabs Tequila' head. Chico asked Domon if he could take care of gina for him. But Domon only said that is he now ready to do what he's destined to do and not run away. Chico said yes. Domon then tells him to continue to live with Gina and take care of her. Then Tequila's head blows up. in the explosion nobody noticed that it sunk. Chibodee appears behind Shining and yells angrily at Domon telling him what has he done, that the fight only lasted for a few minutes and that he's not the one he knew before. Domon only said to him that Chico is dead and that he is no longer the gundam fighter of neo-Mexico. Then Chibodee paused and got what Domon did do and laughs that Domon does have a brain. He agrees that Chico is gone.

        Gina seeing her brother die falls to her knees and cries. Rain reports that the gundam fighter of Neo-Mexico is dead. The two mexican officals agrees and says that he fought for his nation well. Then they leave. Rain looks at Gina and reaches out a hand to her but stops herself. She walk away saying under her breath that some people really are without any heart. Gina still crying didn't seee the person who walk up to her from the sea. Gina sees that it's Chico. Chico tells her that they don't have to run anymore. He thanks Domon.

        The last scene we see now is a boat out in the sea and the sun is setting. Chico tells Gina that their grandfather is right life does come from the sea, it brought him back to life. Gina says that if she dies in the sea will it also bring her back. Chico looks frozen for a second and bows his head and said yes.

    Waaaaa.....damn this episode is so sad! I don't know what the creators were thinking but you have to admit it gives the series a lot of spice.
Now on to my comments, okay if you haven't figure it out yet, the two kids we see in the colony in the first part are Chico and Gina. They dream of going to the earth to see the sea. Chico volunteers to be neo-Mexico's gundam fighter as their ticket to earth. Once on the earth he hijacked the gundam and hid with Gina. He didn't actually want to be a gundam fighter. But in the end, Domon made him face up to his responsibility. Since Chico voluntarily agreed to the gundam fighter of Neo-Mexico, he has to honor this instead of running away. One other good thing about this episode is that we see Domon as a real quick thinker staging the dead of Chico for Neo-Mexico's official's benefit. Even if he knew that Rain is right when she said that there weren't anything related to the Devil Gundam there, he had to help since he got involved in Chico's problem.
Chibodee was sort of hired by the officials to help track Chico. He is in his usual big way with his girls as support. But finding out that Domon's around he forgets everything except that he's been itching for a rematch with Domon.
Oh yeah, the scene when Rain checks up on Gina and throws out the males out of the room. Domon got a real cute and funny look on his face when Rain tells them not to peak especially him. He said with that comical look what is she talking about ^_^.
