The first scene we see again is Stalker giving us the history of the gundam fight, the same one we saw in last episode. Now this recap of Stalker will go on until the very last episode of the series.
Now, we see Space Colonyy Neo-China launching their gundam to the earth. There seems to be some accident because there are two parts that landed at different places. Near the place where the gundam landed, a old chinese man holding a dragon head says he's been waiting for this. Then in a town, there is some sort of festival in a Chinese town and there are bandits around destroying things and blowing out the lamps lighting the street. Two monks are on a rooftop looking on at the gundam in a distance saying that all is lost. Just then they see Domon's there fighting some of the bandits. Rain is also there standing on top of the core lander with a gun pointed at the bandits approaching her. But there's too many of them. Domon beat up the bandits who then afterwards fled. Not far away, Domon sees a silhoutte of a gundam retreating. Then twoand tells Rain to prepare Shining gundam but the monks appeared and said that Domon is a worthy Gundam fighter and asked for a favor of Domon. They told Domon that 60 years ago when everyone were fleeing to the colonies. One by one, the shaolin monks left to join the others in hte colony. But now, they plan on reviving the Shaolin Temple in China. This is also the goal of their gundam fighter, Sai Sici who they couldn't find. So, they want Domon to find Sai Sici for them. Domon refused but the two monks treathen to kill Rain if domon doesn't agree. With a knife at Rain's throat Domon calls for the core lander and told Rain to stay put and he left.
Domon in the core lander moves through a small trail in a forest when he saw someone lying over the trail apparently sleeping. He stops and calls to the sleeping guy. But it's just a kid whose asking for a ride. domon refused and the kid crawled under the core lander. Domon calls for him and he was surprised to find the kid already behind him on the core lander. While they were travelling domon asked the kid that since he's a tourist has he seen the guy on the picture. Sai said no. They came to a town where they took on jobs to earn some money. Sai did the cooking while Domon washed dishes. Afterwards, they were resting and Sai throws a small pouch of money at Domon. Just then the hear noises outside. It's the bandits again. Sai blows out the lights from the lamp. The bandits came in the room and attacked them but Domon just beat them and threw one outside the balcony. The guy fell on the concealed core lander and steals it. They see again the silhoutte of a gundam as the bandits retreat.
The following morning Domon and Sai are tracking the bandits to retrieve the core lander. The kid told Domon to wait for him while he scout around. The kid told the guards of the bandit's hideout where Domon is and they captured Domon. In the hideout Domon's hands are tied at his back and he's suspended from a rope at the ceiling. The bandits are all beating him up. The kid is at the sidelines looking worriedly at Domon. Then Domon kicked at the bandit in front of him. then the leader of the bandits appeared and he's holding a chinese dragon the one they use in festivals. He asked domon what he wanted. Domon called him Sai Sici and told him how could he let the monks worry over him. The guy then throws the dragon at Domon and wrapped around him. Domon fell and had his eyes closed in pain. The kid whispered to Domon that everything will be okay. The leader of the bandit asked the kid who he was. The kid told them he was a cook and showed them his frying pan he carries at his back.
In the next scene, the kid is giving Domon his meal in prison while Domon ignores him. The kid told Domon not to be difficult and leaves the doors of the prison open. Domon gets out of the cage but the kid is still there smiling at Domon. Then he ran shouting at the top of his voice that the prisoner has escaped. Domon ran to get his core lander while knocking out the bandits in his way. The leader of the bandit's told the bandits to stop Domon from retrieving the core lander and he ran to the waterfall where the Dragon gundam is but he saw the kid blocking his way. The kid said that he came to retrieve what's his since it's his duty as stated by the 4th gundam convention clause to protect his gundam and he knocked the old guy out. Then the kid got in the gundam. Domon has retrieved the core lander and was looking out for the other gundam when he heard the voice of the kid and saw the other gundam was piloted by the kid. Domon then put two and two together and known that the kid was actually Sai Sici. Sai told Domon that when he left the colony with his gundam, he got separated from his gundam and they landed in separate locations. Domon said that the kid had actually used him so they had to settle it with a fight and called his Shining gundam and changed to his cellulod suit. They fought and at first it seems that Sai is winning. He's using his staff as an illusion and Domon can't hit him. Domon tried to concentrate on where Sai is but he didn't hit him. Sai was preparing to hit him from on top. With Sai descending on Shining, domon flew to meet him halway and grab Dragon's head. Domon then dragged Dragon to the ground. Domon then said that he's the winner of the match but then the two monks with Rain said that Domon should concede it's a draw or he'll also lose his head. Domon then noticed that Dragon gundam's head tail has stealthily loop around shining's head. Sai asked domon so what will it be. Domon smiling said fine and he released Dragon's head and so did Sai.
In the end, the two monks thanked Domon and told them that they'll take care of Sai and they went off. Domon told Rain that they should also be going.
